Resources disappearing

Upgrade MySQL:

MySQL upgrade aside, what charset/collation did you select for MODx to use with your database? And does the database and all of the tables within it have the correct charset/collation, or the default latin1_swedish_ci?

The mysql charset/collation didn’t change (utf8_general_ci), it’s the same as before the update when it was working...

I downloaded again the pkg and upgraded it with no luck.

My fault, I have upgrade mysql to 5.1 and the problem seem to be solved

My problem is still there...

Only when frontend has user logged in, the backend can’t edit resources.
And I have found that the filesystem sidebar won’t show the files under the above mentioned circumstances.

Any other ideas?

Same for me. Went allmost crazy. Happens while i’m logged into frontend as customer (different user).

You can’t login to the front-end and maintain your mgr session in the same browser if you are on the same domain. Use a different browser (or Chrome’s Incognito windows) to browse the site and test front-end Logins in isolation from your mgr session.
