file manager not showing any files or folders

Hello,
I'm getting the same issue. Just installed Modx Rev 2.2.0 for a few sites and 2 of them aren't showing the "Files" tab. I'm logging in as the default admin and haven't made any changes to the permissions etc.

Anything I can try as I'm completely lost here!

I had the same error. In the root-folder of the revo installation was a big *zip file (2,3GB). Deleting the file solved the problem in my case.

I had the same issue with a second (full) admin user on Revo 3.2. It turned out that the user group where the mentioned user belongs to ('Administrators' in this case) was missing from the 'Filesystem' media source's authorized user groups list (it's at the media source's 'Access Permissions' tab).

Adding the user group to that list solved the problem.
