You can turn off the RSS newsfeeds by setting the ’feed_modx_news_enabled’ and ’feed_modx_security_enabled’ settings to ’No’.
If you can’t get into the Manager, you’d have to set them to 0 with PhpMyAdmin in the modx_system_settings table.
Guys getting same problem with Revo trad 2.0.8
PHP: 5.3.5
MySQL: 5.0.7
I turned off eAccelarator.
Install went fine, not errors DB created etc.
Manager login shows, when I login it hangs, nothing written to logs.
Am behind a firewall so I disabled the MODx Security feed, same problem:
White screen on index, manager not working.
Any ideas?
Same issue...aggressive firewall...
feed_modx_security_enabled = 0
clear cache and it worked.
Packet Management however is not working....you mean I have to install packages manually now!!
