Multiple TVs not showing in Edit Resource

Still working on this.

I did a clean install of MODx Revolution 2.0.0-rc-1 rev6614

Added TinyMCE package and made two page templates.

If I Create a document with the Default Template the RTE is available in both Content Resource and the one TV I set up and I can Save the document.

If I attempt to Create a document with the other template, the RTE is available in the Content Resource but not in the TV - and the page will not save.

I then set Enable Rich Text Editor to No.

I can now create and save a document for either Template.

I then downloaded and installed the CKEditor package - same result, only works with the default Template.

And suggestions?

Hi,

I had the same problem but it was fixed in the latest SVN, at least using TinyMce which is now RC3 and more stable in my opinion then CK.

So go ahead and upgrade. Get your stuff from http://svn.modxcms.com/svn/tattoo/tattoo/branches/2.0/ and use this guide http://svn.modxcms.com/docs/display/revolution/Using+MODx+Revolution+from+SVN

Thanks - but SVN is waaay outside my skill set.

I think I’ll continue to develop the site without a RTE hoping that TinyMCE will behave before I turn the site over to the client.

You can try to update TinyMce to rc3 if you haven’t done it yet. Might work
