Troubles after trying to upgrade to 2.1pl

That looks like a permissions error.

Should I erase all files in core/cache trough ftp?
If I erase via the manager I still get those errors.

Could you tell us more about who you are hosting with and/or your hosting environment?

Could you try disabling suhosin? If I recall correctly it’s known to cause problems with MODX.

I must ask my host, do you think this is causing permission issues?

Posting the full phpinfo() output gives a lot of information to potential hackers that you’d probably rather they didn’t have.

I asked the host but they don’t want to disable the Sohosin.
Maybe they are willing to change the configuration but what do you think they must change.

Suhosin is not necessarily a problem itself — we use it on modx.com servers.

I have attached the error log, can you maybe see what is the problem causing all those errors and what steps should I do to fix it?
