Im so stuck now... Been trying all day to get this working. I have re-installed 2.1.1. Updated all my packages.
I have checked with my host
modx_security is off
pdo on
Weird thing is I tried a blank install on my server environment and it saved documents fine.
I have disabled Form Customization which hasn’t helped, created completely blank templates and completely blank resources, still can’t save properly or change template. I can’t save with quick update either but can change templates. I can delete resources fine, I can save snippets, templates & chunks. I’m literally racking my brains but am running out of ideas. It can’t be server as fresh install works fine, it’s not Form Customization, I have forced deleted and re-installed all packages. HELP!
Try manually deleting the files in the core/cache directory, then clearing the browser cache and cookies, and running Setup again and see if that helps.
Possibly one or more files was corrupted in transfer or some old files didn’t get overwritten due to file and directory permissions.
Also, file and directory permissions may have been changed in the file transfer.
Glad you got it sorted. That plugin usea deprecated methods.
