How have you distributed "Security Notices" for users?

I can not understand well Jira...

Patch is good. It works correctly.
We are making RSS uniquely, it is in Japanese(2byte font).
So we needed to add the following to "manager/include/lang/japanese-utf8.inc.php".

We were verifying it.

Great patch indeed Jesse ... thanks! I wonder though if it would be good to have a primary and secondary feed for each page so that if a security notice went for a period of time in a native language that there could be an English version to run through a Google language tools, Yahoo pipe, or Babblefish or ...

This patch never made it into SVN. The patch itself only worked on 2 out of the 4 files due to changes in those files, but I’ve applied the relevant changes manually, and tested.
Committed r.4109 to branches/0.9.6
