Just a simple question.
Named moderator of the new Search forum category, how could I move an ajaxSearch thread posted in the general category to Search/ajaxSearch ?

Is there any help document somewhere about this ?

I was going to answer like "you have a move topic button at the end of every topic". But when checking I see that button are everywhere except in the search forum. Strange.

Sorry Zi, but the button is always missing. But now I see the split button inside each post.

Move Topic is only available at the bottom left of the topic page, unlike Split Topic (which potentially applies to each post).

Ok. I have found the button. I searched the button at the end of the list of topics not inside the topic page (and I hadn’t taken the time to read the documentation ). Thanks and sorry for this topic about nothing

[EDIT] A new question : As AjaxSearch has the biggest post (42 pages, 642 replies !!!), I would like split this huge post in several post. But, I don’t find the "split" button. Is the split button allowed to moderators ?

Go to the Topic with Posts that should be split. To the right of every Post, you’ll find a button that says "Split.". Clicking on the "Split" button next to a Post will direct you to a screen that asks you what type of split you want to make. There are three options you can choice from.

Check again ... just updated the moderators roles.

Just a quick update, here’s the "final" initial line-up of categories for consideration of how to organize the resources. I’d say that everything should have 1 primary and an optional, secondary category. In addition, there could be unlimited end-user generated tags.

(both manager and front end)

Nice list. I wonder if there could be a clearer spot for EZfaq, Ditto, and other snippets that provide custom displays of resources or data from the DB .

How about something like "Content selection and display"?
