If these are done or close as mentioned, It doesn’t sound like it would delay the next release. Are they?

No they are not done.
I would suggest that you go ahead with the plans for 0.9.5. I do not want to cause any further delays. If I manage to come up with any fixes I’ll post them either in bug tracker or in the forums, etc.

Well In an effort to not delay the release date I can submit the fixes via SVN but new features I think will be best posted on in the community.

The features (that all sound beyond like they should be a part of the core) would be infinitely easier to integrate if in Subversion. Just create a dedicated feature branch/svn copy in your branch and we can merge stuff in easily and fast down to the trunk.

As requested I’ll add these to my branch. If needed parts of it can be merged with the trunk.
My first move is to continue work on the Parallel Recursive Parser and finalize support for dynamically cached and non-cached tags.
