[Test Build] MODx 0.9.2 preliminary test versions

Almost there with rev 805. Note banzai’s issues above and still need to merge the remaining two stylesheets. Should only be one manager layout now, but need to rip the associated parts out of the installer and the manager layouts.

In Safari I see what looks like a 1px white bottom-border on the icons above the tree menu, FYI. Other than that, please see the changelog for things that’ve been done since rev 766. Missing the dot.gif path in the Refresh site page, and icons on the context menu of Manage Modules page, too.

Just a quick FYI: I still want to keep Banzai’s manager theme in there as a choice. But I’m also working on creating a manager theme that closely resembles the main theme for the MODx site and forums. I think in doing so we’ll end up with a default theme that is clean, professional, and adds some consistency to the look of MODx.

@Ryan : rev805, man, I just have the time to do a quick tour and bam, new rev, lol... great work !

It’d even be nice to have it as default theme if you manage to pull that off in time for release... we could have the eto legacy theme, MODxgreen to choose from on top of that...

Edit : Okay, I installed rev805 without any problem. Found no broken image path this time, for either themes...

OK found one : in Modules > Manage Modules left click to access context menu, Edit, Duplicate and Delete button’s image path are not correct, icons are broken.

I have asked a few times about this, but why bundled NewsListing is version 4.4 ?
I mean, shouldn’t we bundle latest stable distribution of snippets ? (Plus it read "updated" in the snippet list, while it’s not...)

We haven’t even made it to the add the latest snippets, plugins and modules stage... any suggestions on the ones we should add/update?

Yeah : Newlisting, ask Mark but 6.3.3 is running fine with me, and I have been using it a lot it’s pretty stable and far better than 4.4. I’d have to check the whole list but tomorrow I’ll post this. There are a few mods that improve the manager that should be considered to add... like this thing that adds save button on bottom of screen...

Yeah, I think 6.3.3 is pretty stable.

Changes:

includes/controls/contextmenu.php - stipped out css and fixed contextmenu icons in editing modules
actions/dynamic/refresh_site.dynamic.action.php - fixed dot.gif

Themes:
Merged the last two styles in a single style.css

The latest SVN trunk contains a bunch of fixes and all the manager theme work. I’ll post up a new build later today or tonight.
