I was confused by that Writeboard. It seems like a Wiki Discussion page, but without a datestamp next to each comment it’s confusing, and it’s really odd, given that there’s a comment facility at the bottom also.
We have to decide what the document is.
I think it would work better as lists of things to change, with the arguments summarised afterwards, like this:
Home Page
Lose the “100% buzzword compliant” Why? Ryan has heard negative feedback. Ryan thinks it’s true but perhaps a bit arrogant and cutesy. Paul agrees. Why not?
Start with the release copy and add to it or combine it with what we have on the current home page. Why? Paul agrees. Why not?
Dim the “Ajax CMS” bit until we really do have greater AJAX integration (especially in the manager). Why? Susan states elsewhere. David agrees. Why not? Ryan: "Our index-ajax makes things like configuration-free livesearch (via ajax by the way) possible. It was the first that I’m aware of. We’re also #1 in Google for Ajax CMS, and I’m not quite ready to give that up.
