    OK,

I have finally gotten away from trying to find a nice freeware font to actually usuing a bunch of inspirations (including everyone’s feedback) to develop my own logo in Illustrator.

I am submitting this as the textual logo for TattooCMS. Colors are not yet decided.

    Comments and Thoughts appreciated.

I’m admittedly very biased, but I’m more a fan of the logo in the comp: http://vertexworks.com/tat/index3.html

It’s still in need of refining, but it’s seems to capture more of the feel and seems more overall neutral in design.

Without more direction on what "feel" we have decided, my hands are tied.

If someone could give me an outline (one that is not subject to commitee) of the few things the logo is going to accomplish, then I will I guess try again.

Remember, not even Firefox had a logo in the early stages laugh

I like it. I really like it. Can I please, please rip it off and add it to my template library?

hehe, could you package up your site for me too smiley
Don’t know where to use it but I like and would like to play around with it -- code wise. I need to pick up some of your skills!

As for the logo -- I like it. It has what I was thinking and mentioned above. That techy mechanical feel.

If the mesh was a tad lighter and the font colors a bit darker I’d be really happy.

                  Thanks a lot!

I’d really prefer that this stay under wraps until after we get TP3 out the door and can start a revised skinning job. I’m busy converting manager pages to XHTML/CSS stylable stuff as we speak, and would love some assistance there.

I thought I was doing this?

Feel free to do so, I’m just getting it done now, though, for testing purposes and internal curiosity. A couple of inquiries I had went unanswered so I started it up. wink
