I made www.modxperience.com to learn how to use Revolution and
to start putting in one place all the stuff I learn in the hope that
    others can use it.

It will be in Eternal BETA as it is far from finished, lots of things will
    be added and modified...

    tell me what you think!

PS the login and register does not work yet... but I am working on it...

          Nice website.

But my mistake MODx Revolution should not work with php4 since it use PDO and a lot of POO that are not available with it (requirement page).

Nice site, here are a few bugs & or suggestions.

The drop down is acting weird on occasions if you hover over the nav the subsection disappears before I can hover over it, happened in both Chrome and FF.

Also you should make the post titles links instead of just having the more.. button as the link, it took me a while to figure out how to read the posts since you have it mixed with your tags and comments.

Either make the titles links or move the more.. to the end of the blog post so it displays as part of the entry.

Also the why modx rounded box has some dark edges, remove the background color for the #buttons a h2 so it displays properly.

Good job look forward to reading some tutorials smiley

                  @benmarte, thanks for your feedback

good catches on usability and some I have been thinking if
I should change them or not...

                  - the drop down issue is one or two pixels on the CSS, I
                  thought it was my setup...

                  - post titles as links - will make them, I debated on this

                  - the more... links - will move them, change to READ MORE... or make them a button

The WhyMODx button has an external shadow and an inset shadow using CSS3!!
                  does it look bad?

This is what it looks like, I marked it with the squares.

Just remove that background tag in your #buttons a h2 css and it should be fine.

                      Glad to help smiley
