Yeah, I definitely remember your site. I think we were working on a similar issue with Ditto several months ago. Your site looks good. Simple, easy to navigate. That’s too bad about Mootools though. I’ve had nothing, but pleasant experiences using Moo. I can see what you mean about bloated, but a few extra KB for me isn’t a huge deal. I’ve been pretty happy with the results. Anyway, thanks again for the comments and good luck!

Thanks, again everyone for the great compliments!

@plavet: Yeah, meet the players is a modified mootools script using the fx.slide function called noobslide. It was on the forums we just hacked it a tiny bit and injected our style.

Wow! Thanks for noticing dev_cw! We were pleasantly surprised at the reaction we were getting from our design. Although we’re very proud of it, we still feel it’s an unfinished project and will continue to change and modify the site. In fact, we’ll be replacing the footer with a new version very soon. And yes, sinbad, thanks to modx I’ll be able to drop in the new code in my footer chunk just one time and watch it appear on every page of my site. That’s why we love modx.

And as a side note...Because of the all the attention we’ve had numerous RFP’s from all over - even Italy! Who’d have thought? But, the most exciting part is one of those requests came in asking specifically if we used ModX!!!!! Isn’t that cool!?!?! I proudly and happily responded, YES, we most certainly do use ModX! So, all around, ModX has been a boon to business in almost every way.

A big thanks again to all of you ModXers for making ModX what it is. We hope to be contributing some of our own custom snippets as we have just been awarded a contract for a site that will need a few custom snippets.

                  Long live ModX!

I’ve noticed some typos in that Team page...
we were sick of they way business was done.
Should be "sick of the way...", I believe.

And G-Bone should spell "proffesional" "professional".

                    Nice slider effect there.

Thanks, Sottwell. I should have noticed that glaring mistake sooner. undecided
