One flaw, not with MODx as such, might not even be a flaw but I just can’t seem to fix it, and thats with the help of the core team. So might have to scrap this one.
Shame.

Nice work on this one! Simple and effective in my opinion - and the illustration work is quite impressive too! The dark contact form doesn’t bother me too much, it seems fairly obvious, but I can see where the others are coming from. Keep up the good work!
Personally I find the design a little dark but the general impression is good. Is Valid XHTML 1.0 Strict and quite light of load (129Kb) but there are some errors in the CSS (not CSS valid).
Good call on the CSS, checking through it now, I do usually validate the CSS, this one slipped through the net, checking now.
Thanks

you might want to make the random illustration link to your "work section", I think that would make it a little more intuitive. Great site Man.
Is it just me or is the "my work" section still under development? one ove the galleries does not have any picture in it and is unaccessible and some galleries have empty pictures in them and pictures that do not show fully.. as if something has gone wrong when uploaded and only half of the picture is in the file..

That doesn’t sound good, let me take a look.

Works fine for me, but I’m currently testing in Firefox on the Mac, what are viewing on?
I’ll jump on a PC and test when I get a sec.

Just a minor note from a writing titles standpoint. I would lose the periods in the link buttons. It creates a visual stop and causes your right alignment to look off. Othewise good work. I may need to steal some elements from this for a future project.
All the best,
