I don’t know how I missed that, but man this is a great website, I just love it !
Really every aspect of it is speaks mastery of design... a benchmark to bookmark grin

I love the way images appear in each subsections, cool transitions... what I like most about the whole design is that every thing is not overdone... great !

        DUDE! That’s a sweet site!

Love it, nothing to falter at all and great attention to detail. Loving it.

Great looking site! Easy to use, great use of color, nice navigation. I checked out the site with JavaScript turned off, great work!

I was glad to see the attention to detail for usability and accessibility with the Skip Navigation and the accesskeys in the code and the use of swfobject.js for Flash objects. Good to see the use of rel, previous, and next links too.

Just curious - Was it a requirement from the client to ensure the site was accessible?

If I could offer a few small suggestions that may be useful (from a user perspective).
          1. Include a link to Adobe Reader on the documentation page (for those users who may not be aware that the downloads are PDF files and may not have Adobe Reader)
          2. Provide more meaningful titles and alt text in the alt and title attributes on the img elements, currently "PDF".

Just a wonderful site. I have a client who I will be recommending an alternative CSM to and will use your site for showcasing the features of Modx. Will the client be updating the site?

Redcrew, I have added a link to Adobe Reader as you suggested, thanks for the feedback, very helpful. The client didn’t insist on the accesibility features (frankly all that stuff goes over client’s heads), but I took a sort of personal oath a long while back to make my sites as accessible as possible, after reading a book by Joe Clark. I used to be a fairly hardcore flash evangelist until I saw the light smiley

Thanks to everyone for the kind comments!

Yes, Joe’s book is very good.

I was very impressed with the level of accessibility you provided in the site. I’ve noticed few sites using the SWFObject for Flash detection; hopefully more will be including it in future designs. One of my friends in college just finished her advanced class in Flash. I asked if they discussed SWFObject in class; she replied they didn’t.

What a site! I also wanted to congratulate you on a work well done. Did you use any TV’s on this site? I am still trying to figure these out.

                  Congrats,

Cool Site indeed, but I’ll never buy or watch a TV in the bathroom? lol take a bath couch potatos

I think the TV has done more to degrade the world than any other invention
