    basically what is required:
categories (3–4 with possibility to add more)
    listing page
details page (with pdf functionality, add to favorites, send to friend)
filter (search: by price, type and a more advanced search as here http://property.viriko.com)
If categories, price, type, ... are TVs, the filtering can be done by AjaxSearch 191 + a short customization.
For the details of the listing page, you need to define the tplResult and may be the tplGrpResult.

See the AjaxSearch customization demo pages. For instance this one

    cool, worth testing!

as for me I was stating with AjaxSearch but switched to Ditto enabling me to use more flexible filter way that time

undecided arghhh ... US currency format with a comma !!! How could you imagine get a property for 50$ or 80 $ wink

Fixed with a more relevant checking of the currency input field.
