Real estate listing script (single complany, simple script)

I am looking for a ModX guru to write a script for modx, basically what is required:
categories (3–4 with possibility to add more)
listing page
details page (with pdf functionality, add to favorites, send to friend)
filter (search: by price, type and a more advanced search as here http://property.viriko.com).

more details on inquiry.
Hopefully this can be made to accommodate Revolution.
Btw the website will have only 1 domain and 1 language.

Here’s a slightly different version on a new site Port Andratx
These are Evo sites and use a set of TV’s to store the various filter values, Ditto to display the results and some custom code to filter.

Yes, each property has a set of TV’s.
Some have a dropdown select with predetermined values, some are just text fields.
The custom filtering code works out which properties have a given value and outputs the available filter list with a count.
Ditto then summarizes any properties that meet the filter criteria when one or more filters are applied.

We built http://www.mcmlettings.co.uk/ using Ditto with a custom filtering snippet on the front to process the info from the select boxes and turn it into Dittos preferred filtering format (which is a little odd in some ways but does work quite well once you get your brain around it).

basically what is required:

If categories, price, type, ... are TVs, the filtering can be done by AjaxSearch 191 + a short customization.
For the details of the listing page, you need to define the tplResult and may be the tplGrpResult.
