What's the best way to control footer information across multiple templates?

Ok, now i have another issue.

I want to add a link to each of the images. So i go to my document 58 and add links to each of the images...but it’s not updating the rest of the website??
Any ideas what i’m doing wrong?

Maybe try clearing the cache: Manager / Top menu - Site - Clear Cache

thanks for all the replies i really do appreciate it. Sometimes i can get stuck with one tiny aspect of Modx and simply can’t find a solution.
I have taken screen shots of all the pages which i hope will help. I am happy to forward the link to the site as a PM if that will help. The site is in development and offline currently so i don’t want to post the direct URL here.

In the tv there should be this value: @document58
Not this: <li><img /></li>

The TV takes is value from the main content of Document 58

you have saved the day...well my day anyway.
I did have @DOCUMENT 58 in the documents tv area but i’m assuming lowercase written as @document58 effects the outcome.

Now to through all the pages and paste!!!

Actually, a lowercase or uppercase value shouldn’t make any difference.

It does, although it would only take a small change to the tmplvars.commands.inc.php file to set the input to upper case. Line 26 would be a good spot

I tried in three ways, all of them work fine (at least with my website):
1) @document58
2) @document 58
3) @DOCUMENT 58
