it seems that your plugin doesn’t work on modx 1.0.2.
i just upgraded a website, and it stops working.
anyway,
i’ve never used this in my localhost.
would it also post from it?
where is your support thread for your plugin?

I have not upgraded my site yet. I will look into this issue with 1.02 asap.
So I upgraded my site to 1.02 and the plugin still works for me. Let me know some more info on what your setup is and what if any errors you are getting.

i’m using MODx evo 1.0.2, TwitterStatus 1.1,
Anyway, I found my misunderstanding:
Notes
Due to how MODx handles the event OnDocPublished, the only way to get this to fire is to right click a document in the tree and select publish. If you save/edit a document the event will not be fired. For this plugin this is actually a good thing so that you do not end up with multiple tweets for the same page.
It works now.
