      We actually need to get an official trademark policy done ... the best one I’ve seen honestly has been the one at Drupal. Any other suggestions or references?

        Hi Ryan,

        I just visited modx.com and have several questions.

        Most people are used to spell "MODx". The previous logos spelled "modx".
        And the new brand spells "MODX".

        Also, the logo changed.
        This makes quite difficult to promote the cms if the logo changes.

        Should old MODx Evolution logos be replaced by the new MODx logo whenever possible?
