About MODx Evolution Logo

Thank you MODx development team.

MODx CMS JAPAN Official Site will renewal around July. Domain(URL) will changes too.
We want to put logo in the header of new site. We cut below image and may use it?
http://modxcms.com/assets/images/site-ui-gfx.png
Because publication size may change, give us PSD/PDF-source(with special font) / large transparent-PNG if possible.

Thanks in advance.

Hi slittingred, Hi everyone,

There is a total paradox between spreading MODx using the logos from the logo sheet, and the Terms of Service (accessible by a link at the bottom of modxcms.com homepage):

(...)
The following are registered trademarks, trademarks or service marks of MODx or its Affiliates: MODx. All custom graphics, icons, logos and service names are registered trademarks, trademarks or service marks of MODx or its Affiliates. All other trademarks or service marks are property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, and/or the name of MODx or its Affiliates.
(...)

If using the logo is possible at certain conditions, I think that the Terms of Service should definitely be ammended.

Hi,

Could some member of the core team (ideally OpenGeek) clarify if using the MODx logo is allowed when telling "We create websites with MODx"?

As mentioned in the previous post of this thread, there is some contradiction between promoting MODx and the Terms of Service.
