Thanks karsten, but there’s lots more coming right around the corner. A quiet, subtle revolutions is taking place!
Ryan! You see me happy as a child
Is there something like a sneak peak? A upcoming feature list? Some Screenshots? Somewhat.. somewhat?
Ahhhhhhhhh... you have to know.. normally I was out of webdesign/developement business for some years and only did marketing stuff... then I met Marc (
http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php?action=profile;u=2605) and Mambo/Joomla alongside and sometime later he gave me the modx-tipp... and this was really fascinating... so easy... so modular... so xhtml/css... so... phun
that now I really looking forward to make some smaller projects with your great work here... even if it´s not really in my job description
Sorry - I´m drifting away from thread-topic and start to bootlick - so I better shut up and got to bed now
Good night,
Karsten
p.s.: Is there something like a google-earth-overview map-module of the forum members here? Would be fun to see where everyone is from and where we have the big "user clouds" (france probably?

heres a screenshot, does not actually look too bad in the screenshot for some reason
Hmm.. I tried to simulate this strange additional pixel appearance... but the only way I could accomplish a similar effect, was by giving the type "abnormal" kerning (tracking) and horizontal scaling values:
Therefore there isn´t anything like this noticed in the css-file, it seems like a problem with your os? Probably you shouls try to reinstall the "Arial" font on your system?
Greetings,
Karsten

Well... I am not going to format my system to fix the display of the only site in the world that displays wrong!
Nor am I going to buy a new computer to read the news correctly, and if you don’t care about people having low resolution, it might be a reason not to join. And even with a higher resolution I wouldn’t enjoy loosing an empty left column and a 60px margin... When things looks to wide to me, it’s easy to reduce the windows’ size. Haven’t achieved that the other around!
Btw, in these news, the "code" part display correctly to be read (even if it looks like a little shrunk). So maybe the trouble comes from the surprising "76%" font set, but I am not sure if that’s what applies to the core news, can so clarify that?
toti, I’m going to override the forum default just for you. I’m sorry that we’re doing such an offensive job. I looked at it on my brother’s blackberry, and you’re absolutely right! It’s terrible!!!
