I’ve been using Avast for the past 2 years now... Haven’t had any problems with it but I still refuse to download or visit any pages from places I find suspicious!
I use NOD32 Antivirus so far it has worked pretty awesome. I would definitely recommend using it!
I use Kaspersky 2010, I find it more reliable than AVAST Anti Virus, it works well most of the time, however, sometime I need to manually uninstall and reinstall when it can no perform its automatic update.
Well if you need to uninstall and reinstall it maybe it’s not as reliable as you think ? I know lots of people think the product they use is better because they paid for it, and they won’t use or consider something else until their license as expired...
Avast 5 has been running on my PC for several months now without a single hitch. Daily updates (sometimes several times a day), runs silently, no impact on performance. And no infection to date.
