You have obviously never used a Mac. Most Mac users have loads of previous experience with windows, and CHOOSE Mac for it’s ease of use, unix underpinnings, stability, Apple service and support, Apple software, a HUGE library of free GNU software, an active and supportive community of Mac users, AND a fantastically engineered and designed outer shell. Pseudo self proclaimed Mac haters like yourself have minimal exposure to OS X, make hasty, ill informed predjudiced descisons based on similar ill informed, predjudiced media quotes from authors claiming to be credible computer experts in spite of lacking any exposure to the Mac.

You are entitled to your opinion. Everyone is, but know your facts, and keep your Bull sh!t "Translucent computer cases do NOT make you special" out of the forums. These are the people who are going to help you learn, understand, and finally master MODx in spite of your thoughtless comments.

I own a Imac I work on a pc and am a big fan of my XboX (modded and big HD)

but in the end Amiga Rulz!!!

Back in "the day" I desparately wanted a tangerine Ibook! What I had was a two-year-old Compaq Presario. It came with the Hebrew edition of Windows ME. You may be aware that ME was pretty bad; the Hebrew edition was worse. I couldn’t install my PCMCIA network card, but fortunately I still had a copy of Win98SE left over from my shop. That little machine lasted over five years with nothing more than a dead battery, and I finally sold it still working like a champ for over half what I had originally spent on it. That was three years ago, and last I heard it’s still going strong. So you just never know...
