I think my side is solved ... but weird things going on ...
Well - the ’pub_date’ made me wonder, so I went into Resource Settings and - there was a Publish Date in there !!! It says - for the page to be visible one has to tick the box "published", that’s all I did, so I never bothered to check back whether or not there was a publish date added ... WHY?
I then commented out the ’pub_date’ as suggested by sharkbait (THANKS sharkbait) erased the date that was added before in the resource settings, saved the file again, went back and checked if the date was left empty and - it was. I went back into the mm_dem_rules again, NOW - UNcommented the pub_date again (because for any future resources I may set up I may want to set a date in advance for their publishingdate) ... I checked back on the file that is linked to the site-start resource to check back again and NOW it was kept empty, still ...
So the commenting out of that bit sharkbait suggested and the weird run back and forth must have solved the problem. Weird but it works now. Maybe we should add this to some kinda "previously known problems" list ... could safe a lot of future questioning again!
