The first pngFix didn’t work. Well it did work on the pngs but it still stopped my javascript menu working.
I guess your menu doesn’t use jQuery but mootools or scriptaculous ?
If so, try this :
<script type="text/javascript">
var $j = jQuery.noConflict();
$j(document).ready(function(){
$j(document).pngFix();
});
</script>
It should avoid any conflict with other framework / scripts

That caused a script error in IE 6 & 7... it only caused the menu in IE6 not to work but the pngs were fine. I’m using a js menu generator so i’m not sure what js it uses.
Maybe switch your menu script to jQuery, that should be an improvement anyhow
!
I can’t vouch for any script’s coding pratice working with jQuery but it should work since jQuery avoids any $ conflict...

Don’t suppose you know any nice menus that I could use? I don’t want to use wayfinder as I want something different
I like the superfish menus with jQuery effects lately. WayFinder will create those or any other type of menus that you want, since all it does is output the XHTML you need according to the templates that you give it. It’s not limited to any particular subset of menu scripts, so if you find a menu that you want to use there’s no reason not to build it in WayFinder.
+1 I like the fact they use code which degrades well and produces some nice effects
Indeed, the way it’s build (behavior depend on css classes), no problem using this with Wayfinder !
