As for a Linux version, I doubt it.
My take is, having a Windows Safari version is a natural thing if you consider Leopard will have bootcamp built-in and more and more Mac users will run Intel Macs (and more and more will have a dual boot, if for anything else, for games
). Second, I guess that’s yet another way to have people "switch" to Macs (remember the all "if you love iTunes, you’ll love Macs ? Well now that will also work with Safari
When will iPhoto be available for Windows, I don’t know but it might happen just to help the switching process).

Yeah, and I must say I enjoy the SuperDuper sandbox feature for this kind of testing... worth the $ !
I won’t mess up my install but I have been able to give the 3.0 version a look and I am dubious about the real improvements here.
I still miss the power of FF extensions, and speed won’t be enough to have me set it as default browser...
