I stumbled across this A List Apart article from March 27, 2007: Ruining the User Experience

I found this particular article very intriguing. The Water Glass analogy is top-notch and also very true. I consider it a great resource for web design best practices new AND old.

If you’ve got some spare time, it is definitely worth a read.

Very interresting read! Thank you for the tip!

While the web evolve, so will our way to use it.

I like ModX for the way it makes homepages, but as a total
application, it might be hard to integrate each part and make new parts.

So i kind of like this idea:

If the creators make this opensource, i think it will have explosive potential.
