    There are definitely big gaps in the cheat sheet.
    You are probably right; But a cheatsheet is not a tutorial. Any way, thanks for your contribution.

      Revo 2.1 and Gmaps 1.0.0

      To be compliant and compatible with Revo 2.1, the line #202 of class/gmaps.class.php:
                  $c->select(array("id, pagetitle"));

      should be replaced by:
                  $c->select(array('id', 'pagetitle'));

      This issue will be fixed in the next release of Gmaps (1.1), currently in development.

        First of all, thanks for such a great extra. It has some cool features and it’s a really useful tool to have.

        I’m having trouble getting a kml file to work in Revo 2.0.8. Is this feature working in Revo? Here’s my call...

        [[!Gmaps? &mkrOver=`info` &mkrClick=`link` &mkrTextTV=`mkrContent` &mkrIconTv=`mkrImg` &infoboxAjaxId=`93` &markers=`[[GetIds? &ids=`c88`]]` &kml=`Weeladdie3.kml`]]

        Attached is the km file. What am I missing?

          First, your kml file is correct. Uploaded on my server I could display it with Google maps and with Gmaps. And your snippet call seems correct.

          What am I missing?
          Do you run with the kml file available throught an url ? Google maps implies that the file will be accessible (not on your local host).
          By default your kml file should be under wwww.yoursite.com/assets/files/kml/ folder

          Warning: The KML file must be accessible by the Google KML rendering server. So it can’t work with KML files on your local computer.

            So where do I put the file and how do I reference it?

              So on your server create a folder named "kml" under assets/files/ , replace .txt extension of your file by .kml extension and put your kml file inside the assets/files/kml/ folder.

              By using &kml=`Weeladdie3.kml` Gmaps will find it.

                The release 1.1.0 of Gmaps for Revo runs on the demo site. Some demos here.

                Look at the code of the page and compare a map with Gmaps 1.0.0, with Gmaps 1.1.0 (non-ajax) and with Gmaps 1.1.0 with ajax.

                For fun, display the maps of the page move the scroll bar to be over one of the two maps and reload the page.
                The &delay parameter allow to adjust the tempo between the display of the map and then the display of the markers.

                  I see "/assets/components/gmaps/js/gmaps.min.js" is loaded in the <head> of the HTML document now. I’m using Google Minify voor every new Revolution website: http://code.google.com/p/minify/.

                  My question is: is that JS file automatically added to the <head>? If so, is there also a parameter to turn the automatic addition off, so I can include that gmaps.min.js in Minify?

                    Yes, for the moment the js is automatically added to the head. But it’s easy to add a parameter to manage the attachment of the js file. &addJsGmaps parameter will be added;

                    My priority has been to rewrite and externalize the js code in order to separate the display of the map from the display of markers.
                    Now new features could be added, the basis of the code is ready. Feel free if you have any suggestions.

                      I’d love to see an address locator. Something like my screenshot.

                      I can understand this might be a bit complicated. But I can assure you: it’d be a great asset to the community.
