    Hi all, Gmaps has been working great for me but just in the last week the markers have gone stretched here: http://inyorkholidays.yorkcreative.co.uk/properties/

    They should look as they do in the right list. Any ideas what may have caused this?

    Thanks.

      Have you tested adjusting the overall height of your map? maybe its going proportionally to the map canvas. Just a thought.

        hi thanks, just tried your suggestion but it didn't seem to help so I've put the size back...

        thanks for making a suggestion though, much appreciated

          After inspecting your code I saw this:

              imgMkrs["X"]["shadow"] = ["propery_alphabetical_shadow.png",37,32,0,0,0,32];

          Where it says 37,32 that is your width / height for each icon.

          If I am not mistaken you enter these values in the same chunk where you entered your custom icons.

          You should be able to adjust the height to a setting that preserves its proportions.

          Hope that helps.

            Hi thanks very much, that's fixed it! What I'm unsure of is how this got reset to the defaults when before it had worked ok... very odd. But thank you for helping! smiley

              page with gmaps: http://www.felixtrujillofalla.com/contacto.html
              page without gmpas: http://www.felixtrujillofalla.com

              I use MODx 2.2pl2

                Great extension!

                I would like to know how to call a TVs into the infobox. At the moment the content of mkrTextTv looks like

                <div class="infowindow">
                	[[*img-01:notempty=`<img src="[[*img-01]]" alt="[[*longtitle:empty=`[[*pagetitle]]`]]" class="thumb">`]]
                	<div class="text">
                		<h4>[[*longtitle:empty=`[[*pagetitle]]`]]</h4>
                		[[*marker-info]]
                		test
                		<p><a href="[[~[[*id]]]]">More info</a></a>
                	</div>
                </div>

                It doesn't seem to parse TVs no matter how I add them
                [[*example-variable]], [[+example-variable]], [[+tv.example-variable]]

                Maybe it would be nice to be able to specify a template for the infobox?

                Thanks,
                Shaun

                  Okay, I see everything's coming from the page you have the GmapsInfoBox call. I guess the GmapsInfoBox snippet itself would need adjustment? Any clues?

                    Would there be a way to get the markers from a database or a list with lat/long values? Rather than using getIds could I get values with the snippet rowboat?

                    for example something like this:

                    &markers=`
                        [[!Rowboat?
                       &table=`stores`
                       &tpl=`storeslatlong`
                       &limit=`100`
                      &where=`{"Store:LIKE":"%latlong%"}`
                      &columns=`{"State"}
                    ]]

                      First. I love this addon! Just what my client needed! Thank you.

                      I am having trouble getting two maps to display correctly.

                      I have two maps, one for each city. Either one will display correctly when only one map is called. However, if I have two maps, both maps display the coordinates for the second map. If I reverse the placement on the page, the coordinates for the other city are displayed in both maps.

                      I have unique map IDs assigned and since I either map will display the correct coordinates when only one map is called, I know the lat long data is correct for each one. Here are my calls.

                      <div>[[!Gmaps? &mapId=`manhattan` &markers=`20` &mkrClick=`info` &mkrOver=`info` &infoboxAjaxId=`19` &zoom=`15` &mapWidth=`312px` &mapHeight=`313px` &debug=`1` ]]</div>

                      <div>[[!Gmaps? &mapId=`minneapolis` &markers=`17` &mkrClick=`info` &mkrOver=`info` &infoboxAjaxId=`19` &zoom=`15` &mapWidth=`312px` &mapHeight=`312px` &debug=`1` ]]</div>

                      I've tried uncaching the document, turned off rich text, placed the calls directly in a template, included the calls in chunks.

                      I'm stuck.
