Well, you’ve identified several different issues. The first one from your original post was that you were getting a file disallowed error. Did you resolve that?
Then you mentioned that you’re using FCKEditor but you get a failed to upload, internal error.
You can upload the file using an FTP client as well, that might be easier for you.
