Nothing huh? Well that’s a bummer, I wish I knew what was going on here. I agree it sounds like permissions most likely, but I’ve set, cleared, reset them many times, and according to Aaron’s earlier post, I’ve got them correct?

Hi,
I’m based in the UK but if you would like to do a screenshare this evening using something like webex I could have a look on your server and help you work out what the issue is.
Let me know if you would like to do this or send me a PM.
Thanks Aaron

Sure just let me know when will be best for you I am free most evenings and I can setup the webex meeting my end as I have an account.
I don’t think we would need the webcam just Webex and perhaps skype chat or telephone call.
Thanks Aaron
Did that PM go through? I just want to make sure you got it and I didn’t forget to send or something. I’ve been trying this again this week a few more times with the same results >:(

Hi,
Sorry yes it did I just forgot to reply will do it now. Weekend sounds good to me.
Aaron
Thanks to Aaron’s awesome help this got resolved. There might have been a permissions issue, but the real culprit appeared to be a glitchy PHP installation. Reinstalling PHP as fastCGI got it all working great.
Hopefully this might help someone in the future with a similar problem
Thanks a bunch again Aaron!!!
