Multiple websites with single installation of Modx Revolution 2.1.3

When I upgraded to MODx Revolution 2.1.0-pl I got a nasty surprise: my contexts wouldn’t load anymore! However with a little chat in the #modx IRC channel and help from _romain, we found the issue. In the MODx manager, do the following:

Go to Security - Access Controls
In the User Group tab, right-click on the Anonymous user group and select Update user group
Go to the Context access tab and click the button Add Context
Add your new context, give it a role of member 9999 and a load only access policy
All is explained in this Github page. To brief it quickly, MODx now verifies context access policies when loading new contexts.

I am not sure how much enabling the OnHandleRequest event will help.
Coming to actual problem, when I try to view the pages from multisitemodx1.master.com sub domain, it gives 503 Error. I have followed the URL which cipa provided and also the one which I listed in my post #1 of this topic. But unfortunately nothing helps.

Do I need to put the multisitemodx1.master.com folder inside multisitemodx.master.com?

And do i need to change anything in the index.php and htaccess files of multisitemodx1.master.com?
