Ok I can do that but out of curiosity is there any way to install TinyMCE w/o doing this? From reading up on the topic allow_url_fopen is disabled due to security reasons. When dealing with grid or shared hosting this seems like a silly dependency for installing a package or component.

You can download the transport.zip file to your core/packages directory. Then click on "search locally for packages" in Package Manager.
Yes, finally it worked! Thanks!
That method for some reason wasn’t working previously. I edited the php.ini file as so: allow_url_fopen = On I don’t know if that had any impact. Thanks again.
