    Hi,

I believe you have to create the radio-button TV by yourself.

    cheers/k

Also, how do I add the multiple tags? Is that something I do within Ditto, or do I do that with pkBlog?

I think the answer is here:

Your tags for the pages would be in a radio-button template variable, e.g. called techTags, with values for the options of Gen==general||Mob==mobile||Comp==computer. Your tag is referenced in the snippet call with &tags=`techTags`.

      1. Create a TV whose type is radio-button.
      2. Give it a name, e.g. techTags.
      3. In the input option values enter, for instance: Gen==general||Mob==mobile||Comp==computer

I added this line of code to the ditto code in my General page, under Technology:
          [!Ditto?config='blog' &parents=9 &tpl=`tech.tpl` &tagData=`techTags` &tags=`general`!]

          And I get this error:
/home/content/89/4834689/html/assets/snippets/ditto/configs/'blog' .config.php does not exist. Please check the file.

I know the File exists, i’ve checked it several times, not to mention typed it several ways into there

Looks like a few errors in the call (note the differences), try this and see if it helps:

            [!Ditto? &config=`blog` &parents=`9` &tpl=`tech.tpl` &tagData=`techTags` &tags=`general`!]

Does the document with id=9 have any child documents?

                cheers/k

(Sorry, the website ran into a error with php and mysql.. Just fixed it, in the process of fixing the front page)

id=9 is a document only, and is a child of id=6, which is a container.
The way I have it set up is:
Home=1; It’s a document (ANd I want Just News to go there, site wide news)
About=20; Just a Document page with random text on it atm
                  Forum=21; it’s a weblink
Technology=6; Is a container, has 9,14,15 (General,Mobile,Computers) which are documents
Games=19; Is a container, which will have something similar to Technology and Sports (Documents)
Movies=13; Is a container, and will contain children similiar to Technology and Sports (Will be document pages)
Sports=8; Is a container, with 10,11,12 (Baseball,Basketball,Football) which are documents
                  Comic=16; Document Page

And if your trying to get to the site, it’s currently setup at http://reviewdistrict.net/modx
as I said, site ran into a problem, and I jsut fixed it, so moving files back to root.

                    OK,

You get no results because the General page is not a container, i.e. not a parent.

So with the above Ditto call, your intention was to show only the General page stuff under technology? If that is the case, the &parents value should be 6. This is because and &parents will list the child documents of what you declare as the value of &parents. However, if you do that, Mobile and Computers will also be listed. Btw, you could have multiple values for &parents to list children from different parent docs....but I digress. If you specifically want only the General page to be shown then in your Ditto call use &documents instead of &parents...so,

                    &documents=`9`

It all depends on how you want to set this up. Maybe General will also have children and it is those children you will want displayed? In that case use &parents=`9` grin

                    cheers/k

So then, with that, for when you click on Technology, the code for ditto would be:
                      [!Ditto? &config=`blog` &parents=6 &tpl=`tech.tpl` &tagData=`techTags` &tags=`general,mobile,computers`!]

Since it’s a container, and parent, but the other ones, with General as the example, would have:
                      [!Ditto? &config=`blog` &documents=`9` &tpl=`tech.tpl` &tagData=`techTags` &tags=`general`!]

Also, I get this error when I click on Computers:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 311296 bytes) in /home/content/89/4834689/html/manager/includes/document.parser.class.inc.php(770) : eval()'d code on line 1082

And it only happens when I add the Ditto code
