Displaying Articles

Did you install friendly url and have it working? Can you access the docs from regular links between them?

Yes, I have friendly URLs and they work, you can see it at seonederlof.com

I can get to the articles by going to them directly via URL...

Try remove the prefix page=
So this
http://seonederlof.com/Articles-Main.html
instead of this
http://seonederlof.com/page=Articles-Main.html

Just a thought...

Are you sure the parent is ID5? If I go to document ID5 it is the "free proposal" page. You want the direct parent of the articles. For example if your ste document tree is like the example bellow the parent would be id (7).



But if you have a sub-container to hold the articles it may be like this and the parent would be id 11:

I got it to work! thank you so much for all of your help. It was 16 after all. Can anyone explain to me how I am supposed to figure out the parent ids without just guessing like I just did?

You don’t have to figure them out....ids are the numbers in brackets () that come after each document name in the modx document tree
