    Do you have a free or a paid account with 110mb.com?

    The free one doesn’t support the use of .htaccess files, so that could be your problem?
      with regards,

      Use [~1~] to link docID 1 and when turning on/off FURL see what happens to the [~1~] in the ouput.

      Mrhaw is correct. All links in MODx should *always* be in the form [~##~], where ## is the document ID of the doc you are linking to. That way MODx makes the correct links for you automatically.

      Oh wow, I did not know that!

      The links work but the friendly URL’s still don’t, but if I ever manager to get Friendly URLS to work your saying it will automatically switch too friendly urls? That’s really good to know, thanks.

        Yup. Why don’t you paste your navbar chunk in here so we can take a look at it.

          So your saying it should be like this:

          				<ul class="solidblockmenu">
          					<li><a href="[~1~]">Home</a></li>
          					<li><a href="[~2~]">Game Database</a></li>
          					<li><a href="/forum/">Forum</a></li>
          					<li><a href="[~4~]">Clan</a></li>
          					<li><a href="[~5~]">Sitemap</a></li>
          					<li><a href="[~6~]">Search</a></li>
          					<li><a href="[~7~]">About</a></li>
          					<li><a href="[~8~]">Contact</a></li>
          				</ul>

            Yes, that would be correct, as long as those are the actual document ID numbers. smiley

              Ok thanks for all your help, and thanks mrhaw for teaching me about "[~~]". I just relinked all my pages using the "[~~]" and am waiting for my host to contact me back about the problem I am having, maybe they know something I don’t.

              Now for a little testimonials:
              I am so happy I chose Modx CMS to run my site, the software is so powerful but yet easy to use and it has a such a great and helpful community to help solve your problems, I would not even think of using anything else! I hope Modx keeps improving over the years and becomes one of the well know CMS like Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal and goes on to win many more awards as it deserves them.

                OK, Turn off friendly aliases and friendly alias paths, delete any FURL prefix or suffix, clear the site cache and browser cache, and then tell us what you see as the link target when you hover over those links with FURLs turned off and on.

                  Ok When Friendly URLS are turned off I see:
                  http://team-tactics.co.cc/index.php?id=(the id number here)
                  Links Work

                  When Friendly URLS are on I see:
                  http://team-tactics.co.cc/(the id number here)
                  Note: Friendly aliases & friendly alias path are not on.
                  The links don’t work.

                    When you tested with FURLS on, did you restore the .htaccess file and then clear the site and browser cache before testing?

                      Yes I cleared the site cache and browser cache and the .htaccess is named .htaccess.
