You can PM me, and I’ll have a look - if it’s on a live site and
not a local mamp / mac!
I’ll piggyback on this question...
Calling the MaxiGallery snippet in a RTE TV (moved around with ManagerManager) just outputs the snippet call on the page.
When I move the snippet call to the template, it does work. But this isn’t what I need, as each page using the template requires it’s own gallery.
Bob’s snippet FAQ suggested turning off the RTE and using straight HTML, but I need to keep this TV as an RTE, as it will not always contain a gallery.
Any suggestions?
You can configure TinyMCE so that it doesn’t mangle the snippet call. There are several posts in the forums on how to do it.
If you’re lucky, mrhaw, our unofficial archivist will point to some for you.
@JulienT: Sorry couldnt figure out why breadcrumbs snippet didnt work, maybe its the php/mysql version.
So I recomended you to use wayfinder and/or ditto that did work nice.
@markhurd: Put the MG call ether inside a {{chunk}} or use another basic TV (also try Summary/introtext field). Using MM I assume you don’t
use Newspublisher or Newseditor. If using thoose I normally get e.g. *description* to give user a choice of yes or no value (radio button). Then
with PHx - yes includes MG chunk.
