The first load could be when it is being cached, which, obviously, takes a little more time then just retrieving it.
How much slower is it the first load?
Sometimes it even take 30 seconds or more before page loads for the first time but later it works fine until I close the browser and open it again few hours later...

Took about 6 seconds to load the first time here.. still way too long and nothing like I’m used to with Revolution.
Could you post your template here? Perhaps there are things in there that might be part of this.

The only thing I can spot that could have an influence is the wayfinder calls (in both menus) being uncached ([[!..]]), so I would cache those..
That’s all I can see at this point though..
Oh, and in Revolution links are made with [[~5]] and not [[~5~]], you’re mixing it up with Evo several times..
Ok thanks I’ll change that...
PS.
My start site is a weblink which is redirecting to another site at start. Maybe this could be a problem?

I don’t think that is the problem, even though it just took 500ms to make the redirect.
When loading the right page (oferta) it is stuck waiting for response for a short while... which would probably be the parsing time of MODX.
