I think people see the "Tips and Tricks" part and generally don’t think of suggesting documentation improvements there.

I think a separate "Documentation" forum wih subforums:

"Where can I find help on  . . ."  (First message on Wiki, doc pages, and other MODx help sites (e.g. MuddyDogPaws.com).

"Suggestions, Complaints, Comments . . ." (First message on how much we prefer suggestions over complaints and about contributing to the Wiki).

Might work better.
