No 'system_settings' table after running setup

NO_ZERO_DATE doesn't appear in MODX anywhere that I can find, so maybe it's a MySQL default.

Definitely an mySQL setting - which unfortunately affects MODX.

It might not be set on your system. It only showed up after I updated my system. It is a GLOBAL setting in mySQL 5.7 from Ubuntu.

I found it by looking at sql-mode in phpMyAdmin > Database > Variable
