Custom Format in TinyMCE Rich Text Editor 1.1.0-pl

After trying the latest release of TinyMce Rich Text Editor 1.1.0-pl (again) it turns out a little bit better the the previous (on a multisite), I gave tinymcewrapper also a try but some basic features (like multiple media sources) just don't seem to work out of the box, any workaround for this?

Got me back to that good ol' TinyMCE 4.3.3-pl., that just works (despite it's retro look), tho the 1.1.0-pl looks promising.
