After 2.2.7 upgrade, manager refreshes after every resource save

My mistake was missing the little toggle buttons (or rather, accidentally changing the toggle). donshakespeare sorted me out:

Note that this is separate from the issue of the uncaught JavaScript exception in the sleep function, which might be leading to other problems.
