Could you give an example of how the snippet has to be used ? I am not sure I understand the instructions

I thought the snippet what an enhanced search form with dropdowns select based on TVs... is it ?

yes you create a tv whith dropdown widget output and call in the snippet to this tv and the search dropdown filter the documents whith this select option in the backend

I’ve tried both but the first outputs nothing and the second output the regular search form... I am missing something there...

What I’d like to achieve is filter search with multiples TVs. So far I can’t even make it work with one

The TV I tested the snippet with has the following properties :

Input Type: DropDown List Menu
Input Option Values: Alsace||France||International
Default Value: None defined
Widget: None defined
Sort Order: None defined

You say "dropdown widget output", but dropdown is only available for input. What do I select for output : HTML Generic Tag, Delimited list, DataGrid Widget, view Port Widget, RichText Box Widget.. ?
