Nit-Picking Newbie

I stand corrected. English is not my native language. I actually meant forums where moderators are assigned with the task and have the time to crack the whip and clean up after messy users or even approve each post before it is visible.
This thread was posted on the "you and your sites" discussion by mistake and actually belongs to either a newbie board or the documentation board. There seems no such fussy moderation here.
