MODX MIGX Issue

Fresh Install
MODX Revolution 2.4.4-pl

Displays this error when downloading and installing from package management:

Could not open or create file: /home/content/48/10119448/html/en/core/components/migx/model/migx/mysql/migxconfig.map.inc.php
Could not open or create file: /home/content/48/10119448/html/en/core/components/migx/model/migx/mysql/migxformtab.map.inc.php
Could not open or create file: /home/content/48/10119448/html/en/core/components/migx/model/migx/mysql/migxformtabfield.map.inc.php
Could not open or create file: /home/content/48/10119448/html/en/core/components/migx/model/migx/mysql/migxconfigelement.map.inc.php
Could not open or create file: /home/content/48/10119448/html/en/core/components/migx/model/migx/mysql/migxelement.map.inc.php
tables upgraded
Prepare menu for MODX Revolution 2.3.x
Successfully installed package migx-2.9.6-pl

Then when trying to add an item on the TV resource i get this:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/content/48/10119448/html/en/config.core.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php') in /home/content/48/10119448/html/en/assets/components/migx/connector.php on line 30


Any help i will appreciate thank you.

sounds like a file-write-permission-issue.
can you install other packages?

Hi Bruno! Yes i am using pthumb getreources as an example. Is very weird cuz i can see the category on the template variable and see the add item button and stuff but when I am adding an item the window displays

But as you can see in the installation there are some issues to. I did reinstalled and all and nothing.
