I have managed to install CacheMaster but it's disabled by default. All the documentation I can find says to click on the properties tab of the plugin to enable/change settings. However I can't find this properties tab. When looking at the installed plugin in the package manager the only option are to - Uninstall, Reinstall, Check for updates, Remove & View details. Where is the properties tab they speak of?

Right-click on the plugin in the Elements tree and select "Activate Plugin," then clear the site cache.

You can also select the checkbox on the Create/Edit Plugin page and save the plugin.

BTW, you should really upgrade MODX. The 2.2 versions have serious security issues and problems with cache corruption. The current version is 2.4.4, so your version is out of date by about two years.
