Updating the modx blog

I have convinced a number of web designer friends of mine to give MODx a go and so far the feedback has been very favourable except for one thing: a number of them initially resisted because the MODx web site and blog are not regularly updated. They argued that the project had stalled.

Now anyone who comes into the forum will know that there is loads of activity and lots of developments, but the catch is that you need to get that far.

What about a small team putting together a weekly summary of some of the activities that are going on (I am more than happy to help here)? Also is it possible to have a feed of the MODx resources - latest uploads, most popular downloads and so on?

Good idea, count me in, but you’re not living up to your name, anything but!

There’s a complete redesign under development and included in that will be recent community updates. We should also have a more active blogging schedule as well, but just point them towards the forum in the interim.
