Trying to use the &translate option to get tags in an alternative laguage, I followed official doc. from "How to translate groups"

Questions:
"Add new lexicon entry to this namespace and topic with a key: tagger.custom."group_alias" (in this example it will be tagger.custom.tags)"
What about the value? It is supposed to be the:
- translated Tagger group ID
- translated Tagger group alias
- translated Tagger group name ?
I tried the 3 without success.
Is the
option is supposed to return the tag value of the translated group for each matching tag alias ?
taggergroup1 -> tag alias "add" = "ad"
taggergroup1 -> taggergroup1-fr -> tag alias "add" = "pub"
